Any issues? Report within 14 days of receipt.

If any issue should arise with your product you must contact us within 14 days from delivery to report said issue.

"Issue" is a generalization of any problem (ordering, burning, shipping, scent, etc).

If you do not contact us within 14 days we might not be able to assist you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your return policy?

Candles & melts are eligible for return if the wick or melt has not been burned, broken, or altered in any way.

T-shirts, Misc Art products and Home goods must not be used.

Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 14 days upon delivery of the order. Shipping is not refundable.
